We can bring over items of any size by container at affordable rates. We handle the purchasing or bidding from our accounts and all shipping & communication with sellers in Japan. Purchase nearly anything from Yahoo! Auctions Japan, Up Garage (Croooober), or any other web store in Japan.

Estimated/approximate arrival dates are not guaranteed. Providing a specific ETA is challenging because of the nature of container shipments. All customers will receive updates via email. The more enthusiasts we have using the service over time, the more regularly we'll be able to send containers, and the quicker we'll all be able to get our parts!

PROCESS:

01     Email inquiry to hello@get-jpn.com. Include questions at the bottom of this page for your first inquiry.

02    Receive a quote for the purchase price or maximum cost when bidding.

03     Pay the invoice and receive email updates until the container arrives.

04     Schedule an appointment and pick up your parts!

05 (OPTION) If you have parts you’ve purchased elsewhere but want to ship via container, we can accept them for storage until container loading in Osaka.

SERVICE CHARGES INCLUDE:

-- 23% commission of purchase price / winning bid price (¥2,300 minimum).

-- Domestic shipping (within Japan) from the seller to Osaka. This depends on the item size and the seller's location. We will tell you what this charge will amount to before your purchase/bid.

-- Ocean freight to California (see rates below).

DISCLAIMERS / TERMS OF SERVICE:

-- Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. The above costs are due once the auction is won or the purchase is finalized.

-- GET JAPAN is not responsible for sellers delivering items not as described. While receiving an item not as described is uncommon, it can happen. Please don't hesitate to ask our opinion if you need clarification about a specific item's state or condition (can't understand description, bad quality images, etc.). Once a bid is placed or a purchase is finalized, it cannot be canceled.
